The unit is recommended for making pyrogen free distilled water of a very high degree of purity. Made out of S.S. special kettle element is fitted with Ejection Device/ Auto cut for safety of the element in case water supply is stopped. The cock fitted to the unit is of brass C.P. The assembly consists of Borosil glass flask with embedded heating elements fused in spiral type glass coil internally at bottom. A double wall coiled condenser has standard ground glass joints. Complete with glass fitting, metallic stand, rings clamps and electrical fittings. The unit supplied is as per NPL patent design. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.

It consists of an in built prefilter and very high exchanging capacity non-corrosive CATION and ANION resin columns prefilled with imported Resins for efficient results having treated water parameters conforming to IS-1069/64. It yields chemically pure water equal to multiple distilled water having a conductivity of less than 10 microsiemens/ cm and ph of 7.5 to 9 ph. Fitted with a sturdy PVC multi control valve and can be connected direct to water taps. Fitted with digital conductivity meter. Supplied with one plastic chemical proof regeneration tank and the complete unit in housed in a painted M.S. Trolly for easy mobility.

The apparatus consists of an evaporating flask rotated by heavy duty motor in a heating water bath (optional). Vacuum distillation of solvent at high and low temperature is achieved quickly and efficiently by use of a variable speed motor, which prevents foaming and bumping of the liquid (solvent) into the evaporating flask and also distillation under controlled atmosphere. The evaporating flasks is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation and is clamped to a glass duct which goes through the drive unit and protrudes about 120 m.m. into the condenser. The condenser is fitted with standard joint at the bottom for receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a quick action jack.
